Develop marketing campaigns for Conway Corporation services including internal and external communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, social media, and events. This position is responsible for graphic design, website management, and social media management.
Assist in the development and implementation of Conway Corp's brand strategy and related marketing efforts.
Develop and/or coordinate content including copy, artwork, photos, and video for websites, print and digital newsletters, ads, collateral, direct mail, social media, and other marketing and communications deliverables for both internal and external audiences utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud products.
Coordinate graphic design of ads, newsletters, websites, collateral, direct mail, and other marketing and communications deliverables to ensure strategic and consistent branding and messaging.
Maintain social media platforms including researching and keeping in tune with best practices, developing editorial calendar, posting, tracking analytics, etc.
Design, maintain, and implement website strategies and updates including copy and graphics as well as email marketing campaigns.
Develop relationships with internal customers to achieve quality design, copy, and layout for all projects including brochures, newsletters, print ads, and direct mail.
Manage production for printing projects as required for all departments both internally and externally.
Proofread and edit copy for all company communications utilizing brand standards.
Perform as an advocate as well as an information source for company brand standards and marketing programs both internally and externally.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous marketing communication experience desired.
Must be versed in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Must have strong writing and communication skills.
Must have creative abilities required to develop various marketing projects and communication pieces.
Must live within a 30-minute response time from the intersection of Harkrider and Oak Streets in Conway.
Must be able to work non-scheduled hours when needed, and be subject to call-out in case of emergency or trouble.
Must maintain a personal telephone for call-out purposes, and carry a Corporation-provided cell phone, as necessary
