Key Responsibilities:

• Nurture existing customers and new customers to help deliver ROI with marketing investment

• Work in a team environment to help customers daily with any needs

• Leverage our team of experts both locally and nationally to help build proposals and marketing recommendations with cutting edge research and easy to use proposal building tools

• Share new approaches in customer service to help out team and be a part of a learning culture

Helpful Knowledge and Skill Set:

• Self-Starter

• Multi-Tasker, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Possess excellent written and oral communication

• Capable of handling confidential information with proper care

• Ability to learn and acclimate to new software systems

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Education and Experience:

• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom and Box
