Director of Brand + Creative
Description
The Brand + Creative Team Director will lead the team and manage initiatives to support all brands withing the Jasper Group portfolio, with heaviest focus on JSI. This role combines conception and execution as well as project oversight for developing innovative and compelling tools that support product launches, sales initiatives, and brand campaigns targeting the dealer and A&D communities. The primary focus is to continue building our brand identity and communicate our story in a way that inspires people, is authentic to our culture, and creates an inviting and relatable feeling. The Brand + Creative Team’s goal is to build a following of fervent brand loyalists, with the director’s role being the key lead to bring the brand to life in unique and unexpected ways that are consistently relevant, but always timeless.
Requirements
- Manage the team by budgeting, organizing, assigning, and coordinating projects within a Brand Roadmap that aligns directly with both short- and long-term company goals.
- Help build our brand identity by creating materials that communicate our story in a way that inspires people, is authentic to our culture, and creates an inviting and relatable feeling culminating in a community of fervent brand loyalists.
- Lead creative direction by concepting and developing innovative, compelling, and design-oriented tools and initiatives related to marketing priorities.
- Communicate and convey Brand + Creative message through a variety of mediums (website, e-communications, social media, shows / showrooms, video, sales tools, brochures / imagery, A&D pieces, etc). A detailed eye for great design, ability to use graphic design tools and knowledge of the sales process makes for the most successful candidate.
- Work with Product + Design, Product Development and Brand + Creative team members to create photography / rendering / video design inspiration by providing aesthetic direction on product applications, space type and design, material specification and personalized styling to creative compelling tools to convey the product and brand story.
- Support product launches, brand initiatives, shows and events, sales programs / incentives, customer visits, and other projects and promotions to bring the brand to market.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external team members – support their needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
