About us:
Here at Lincoln Manufacturing, we don’t just stamp, we create. We pride ourselves in being experts in the field of metal stamping – with nearly 3 decades of experience producing world-class stampings for our customers. Our Capabilities include precision metal stamping, including progressive, transfer, tandem, as well as deep draw stamping. Currently, we have 14 press machines ranging in tonnage from 45t all the way up to 1200t. Our 30+ years of manufacturing experience has led to expertise in the art of maintaining our tools that are precise, repeatable, and durable. Not only are we known for our stamping capabilities, but also our ability to weld, deburr, machine, wash and inspect the parts we produce. In addition, Lincoln partners with a group of ISO and IATF certified partners to support our customers’ requirements for electroplating, painting, eCoating, cleaning and more. Lincoln Manufacturing is capable of producing products using a wide range of ASTM grade materials, such as hot rolled steel, cold rolled steel, HSLA, galvannealed and stainless steel. Our customer base ranges from large scale mass production tier-1 automotive companies to smaller tier-2 or tier-3 automotive suppliers in the US, Mexico and Canada.

Position:
Field Sales Representatives are professionals who increase sales by developing relationships with potential new and existing customers to gain new business opportunities. This position will generate sales leads to maximize profitability in their territory. Field Sales Representatives travel around their territory to identify prospective clients and also to ensure that current customers are satisfied. As they do this, they keep an eye out for new opportunities as they arise to maximize company revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use various sales methods to obtain new business
- Travel throughout the territory to visit face-to-face with new and existing customers on a recurring basis
- Evaluate customer needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Research accounts and generate sales leads
- Maintain and expand client database
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments and expand professional network
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Comfortable on the phone
- Competitive attitude
- Competency using computers
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- Strong communication, negotiation and conversational/interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Trustworthy and able to work independently
