Business Development Support Specialist
The Business Development Support Specialist position coordinates the sales, design, and estimating stages of the proposal process, works with assigned sales reps to help develop contacts, sales leads, and coordinate trade shows.
The position is responsible for the configuration, management and overall user support, data integrity, system administration and process maintenance for HubSpot CRM.
Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration or Sales or a combination of education and 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business, or a similar role.
• Experience with CRM applications and understanding of how CRM is used in Sales. Proficiency in HubSpot preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of sales performance metrics
• Experience creating reports, optimizing processes, managing dashboards, and software training
• General understanding of contracts and legal language
