Account Manager I - IT Services
The Account Manager - IT Services is a Full-Time, Regular position working Monday-Friday, day shift hours in Spokane, WA.
Pay Range: $17.73 - $28.50 per hour
Summary: This is a “farmer” role whereby this individual will maintain and grow relationships with existing customers. It is a client-facing role with experience in the technology industry and/or sales. The primary purpose is to maintain existing and build new revenue streams for our existing clients in support of clients' business goals and objectives.
General Description: The Account Manager must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced office environment in meeting continual deadlines. The Account Manager must be able to handle multiple priorities with constant interruptions. Organization is essential in order to meet deadlines. A sense of urgency, the ability to make good decisions, and the prioritization of tasks is necessary.

- Supports Technology Service Manager (TSM) to maintain relationships with clients by attending meetings, documenting project priorities, and updating the CRM.
- Qualifies, proposes, and closes “Net New” opportunities for Nuvodia that meet revenue, margin, and technical requirements as defined by Nuvodia leadership and the TSM for that client.
- Meets or exceeds defined sales goals determined on an annual basis as defined by Quota provided at the beginning of each calendar year.
- Negotiates contract renewals in coordination with the VP of Sales and TSM.
- Demonstrates accurate CRM engagement including forecasting - captures activity information on a timely basis as client interactions occur to ensure accurate product and services forecasting.
- Maintains deal registrations for channel sales and retrieves quotes from distributors and/or manufacturers.
- Develops or assists with the development of client-facing presentations for the TSM to present to client executives.
- Maintains and continues to improve ongoing knowledge of IT Infrastructure trends
- Manages clients with multiple product lines.
- Defines, manages, and meets client expectations and where necessary, successfully renegotiated project terms to ensure project success.
- Supports the TSM who sustains strong ongoing relationships with middle and senior leadership both during and between active engagements.
- Communicates overall status as defined by scope, schedule, and budget to the VP of Sales on behalf of the TSM.
- Identifies and manages risks, issues, mitigations, and contingency plans.
- Responsible for meeting and negotiating with vendors for aggressive supply contracts and agreements for company cost savings
- Coordinate pricing revisions, order cancellations, discontinued items, substitutions, and revised delivery dates following established company guidelines.
- Maintains files, spreadsheets, and/or logs to track purchase orders, shipping memos, correspondence, and reports.
- Tracks expiring contracts and agreements, and researches new items and vendors (medical and office supplies) requested by internal or external clients.
- Manages inventory and deliveries of routine supplies used by multiple customers
- Ensures/reviews appropriate approvals are obtained for all purchases

- Follows all Health and Safety policies and guidelines of Inland Imaging and its partners depending on work location

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in MIS, information science, computer science, software, engineering, business, other related field or equivalent experience
- Experience: Minimum zero to one year of experience including
- Business-to-business sales
- Develop sales strategies, tactics, and techniques based on client feedback and market environments.
- Focus selling messaging on the needs of customers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude, and a good team player.
- Strong training and presentation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Able to work under pressure and close deadlines.
- Computer Skills: Experience with the following computer applications is highly desired: Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio); Internet, Intranet
