Skagit Publishing is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies and have the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. We are looking for someone that would brainstorm new and creative growth strategies while staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital advertising world. Strong work ethic and ability to motivate staff will be critical to success. Primary office location will be based in Mt. Vernon, Washington. This position will manage digital advertising strategy, both from a business, sales and technical perspective. This position will assist with the budget development and projections for advertising and also come with a plan of action to grow the digital revenue and to motivate staff in that direction. Additionally this position also will measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns. This role would require 70% of their time in the business community, training staff and creating optimal solutions for area businesses. Experience working in small markets is preferred and will be beneficial to this position. The ideal candidate in this position will rely extensively on their experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Minimum Requirements ? The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and sales. ? The successful candidate will have positive leadership qualities and coaching mentality. ? The successful candidate must be self-motivated, possess effective communication skills, creativity, strategic thinking, good oral and written comprehension, deductive reasoning, and excellent managerial skills.
