POSITION: Online Content Editor, 100%, Academic Staff, Renewable, 12-month Appointment, 1 Vacancy
DUTIES: As a member of the University Marketing and Communications team, the Online Content Editor reviews, edits, produces, and troubleshoots content for the uwsuper.edu website and landing pages. Assists with overall planning for website maintenance, expansion, and reorganization, keeps current on digital trends, and engages in forward thinking about upcoming content needs.
This position may be eligible for telecommuting up to 100% and alternative work time schedule per UW-System policies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Associate degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline with a completion date of December 2022 or earlier.
- Experience in producing web content
This position is currently ineligible for H1-B sponsorship. A qualification for this position includes independent eligibility to work within the United States upon hire date.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- Bachelor's degree Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline
- 2+ years’ experience with web content development, management, webpage design and web analytic

SALARY: Salary range for this position is: $42,000 - $52,000 annually. UWS offers a competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance coverage for eligible dependents. Additionally, this position is eligible for over five weeks paid time off annually, as well as a generous sick leave allocation.
